Is a licensed Real Estate agent in Virginia with 20yrs of rehab and inventor experience. With his experience as the Commercial Division Manager for a Mortgage Brokerage firm, he knows what's needed to help build your investment portfolio in today's market.



Murch King



Co-Owner



Brings a wealth of leadership from some of the largest Fortune 100 companies. Murch has been honing his property management experience over the past several years. He believes in a hands on approach to bring the right client to the right property.



Wanda Weakley



Board Member - Mentor



An industry veteran with 40yrs of real estate leadership. Her experience includes commercial and residential property management, condo conversions, Co-op leadership and community development.

First-time and New Investor
(1-4 Units)



Our most economical option for those just breaking into investment ownership. What's included in this service:

1. Full multi-media marketing campaign for each unit listed with WPMC.

2. Fully vetted clients to include a full credit profile, employment/income verification and references from past property management companies.

3. Move in / out property inspections to include external views and internal per-room full coverage photos and video.


Optional items:

5. Quarterly external and semiannual internal property inspections with photos.*

6. Replacement of client if for any reason needs to be replaced in first 90 days.

7. Rent guarantee*

8. Home warranty*

9. Landscape/lawn service*

Mid-Level Investor
(5-19 Units)



What to expect as a mid-level owner/investor from WPMC.

1. Full multi-media marketing campaign for each unit listed with WPMC.

2. Fully vetted clients to include a full credit profile, employment/income verification and references from past property management companies. (Free replacement of client if for any reason the client needs to be replaced in first 90 days)

3. Move in / out property inspections to include external views and internal per-room full coverage photos and video.
